Oprah has her favourite things, I have my favourite people.
Of course, my favourite person in the whole wide world is me, followed closely by my husband Steve, and then my kids and the rest of my family. That's not what this is about.
This page is dedicated to supporting amazing women who have held my hand over the past few years. I'm using the this page to promote them and their businesses, with no ask for anything in return.
Meet my favourite Social Media Manager, Julieta
This is where it all started. Julieta was my employee, and she confided in me that she wanted to start her own business. I confided in her that I wanted to do the same. Together we took steps every day towards achieving our goals. I’m so proud of both of us for achieving and surpassing those early goals.

Meet my favourite Grief Recovery Specialist, Tammy
Tammy Adams, helped me twice on my journey. First, she was instrumental in helping me learn who Sarah Kinlin was. Tammy used the Personality Dimensions® tool to help me learn that while I was organized and rule-following, I also had been suppressing a fun, risk-taking version of Sarah. She helped me understand the value of both sides of my personality and taught me to work with my strengths to achieve results with ease.
Later, after my brother passed away, I reached out to Tammy for grief recovery support. I had no idea how deep I could go in resolving the many losses I had experienced in my life, including the loss of my brother. Tammy guided me to forgive, apologize, celebrate, and complete many relationships. I have never felt so free.

Meet my favourite cheerleader, Jenn
This is Jenn DiRaddo, founder of the Glow Collective. I first met Jenn at a Glow lunch, and we became fast friends. She has been my cheerleader and speaks more highly of me than anyone I know. She has held my hand through several glow workshops and when she asked me to join her team to bring the GLOW Summit 2025 to life, it was an immediate "hell yes!"
You need people like Jenn in your corner if you are going to run a business. She's created a beautiful network of colleagues who are mostly solo-preneurs. This group comes together to share and have fun, but also to learn new leadership skills that will serve us well in our roles.
Aside from running the GLOW Collective, Jenn and her sister Steph, own five First Choice Hair Salons in Guelph.
Meet my favourite Skin Care Producer, Rebecca
This is Rebecca Ogilvie, founder of The Detour Skin Co. who's mission goes beyond skincare—it’s about reminding women that they matter. I first met Rebecca beside a trough filled with ice cubes and water, where she witnessed my first ever cold plunge. We've been friends ever since.

Meet my favourite Film Maker, Meg
This is Meg Dunning, B-Roll film-maker extraordinaire. I hired Meg to film one of my first-ever live speaking events. The photos and videos she captured in one hour gave me enough content for over a month of socials. She seamlessly captured me in action, setting up, welcoming guests, speaking, and engaging with the audience. This included some amazing audience reactions and testimonials.
On top of the amazing content, Meg gave me expert advice and feedback about my speech. Having filmed seasoned professional speakers, she knew what set the newbies apart from the pros.
