Parent Testimonial:
“My daughters in U13 and U15 experienced the Grit, Grace, & Goals program through hockey, and it had an incredible impact on both of them. They especially loved the team bonding, the positive-mindset development, and the overall fun atmosphere that made every session something to look forward to. Coach Sarah was amazing—welcoming, inclusive, and always reinforcing her motto that mindset controls actions, and actions control results, which truly resonated with them. They consistently felt heard and supported, and the program strengthened not only their hockey mindset but also their confidence and life skills beyond the rink. For my daughter in Grade 9, it even helped her with goal-setting for the future, and both girls now feel empowered to strive for their best, not just for their team but for themselves.”
Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Sarah Kinlin, mindset coach for young atheletes, with a focus on girls hockey.
When I was a young athlete (which is not that long ago), I wasn't allowed to play hockey because I was a girl. I'm thrilled that girls' hockey is such a growing sport, and I'm excited to contribute to it off the ice through mindset coaching.
While many of my programs are directed to adults, I love working with young athletes because of their energy and dedication to putting the lessons into action. I wish I would have learned this stuff when I was a kid!
